1. If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, please send it back to us informing us in the first 24 hours of receiving it . After sending the product back to us, & delivered to us we shall send you a fresh piece.
2. There are some items which are not eligible for exchange . The return and exchange policy for such products is clearly mentioned here.Items of lingerie/ intimates can not be considered for exchange due to the personal nature and hygiene related issues that might arise .
3. Once the pieces are sold they can only be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met of informing us in the first 24 hours )
4. Customer gets a credit note, only when the desired size of the product is not in stock.
5. We initiate a reverse pick up if we have delivered a wrong size unfortunately or if the product is damaged by chance , whereas if you , the customer misjudges and chooses the wrong size despite a size chart , they have to send it back to us
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable in this case . We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

6.Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
7.Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
As a company policy we do not provide return on any product once sold.
